With over 12 years of experience in the roofing industry, Armond is a licensed adjuster and a veteran with 4 years of service in the U.S. Navy. He lived in Oklahoma for over 25 years and owned multiple successful businesses in the state before relocating to San Antonio in 2017. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids.

Having over 5 years of experience in the roofing industry, Mike is a licensed adjuster and a combat veteran with 16 years of service in the U.S. Air Force as a combat photographer. He settled down in San Antonio after retiring from the military and meeting his future wife. In his free time, he enjoys his saltwater fish tank, spending time with his wife and two kids.

J. J. Perez, an accomplished principal who's passionate about building community and possesses a strong background in leadership. His journey began with a commitment to service, serving in the Air Force, where he honed valuable skills that later shaped his distinguished career in education. As a principal, he has seamlessly integrated his leadership acumen with a determination to make a difference. Beyond his role in education, he’s extended his efforts to support families in acquiring high-quality roofs for their homes, leveraging his expertise to uplift the community. Through his dedication to education and community support, he is proud to showcase how acquired skills can be a force for positive change.

Justin Simpson is a native of San Antonio. He has over 23 years of contractor experience in both commercial and residential construction. 

As the proud father of three, Justin understands the safety and security that a sound dwelling provides families. Becoming a member of the Elemental Roofing team has allowed him to achieve a more ideal work/life balance while achieving his goal of helping individuals and families within his own community beautify and protect one of their most treasured investments.
